We get it, joining a new gym can be scary and intimidating - Don’t worry! Our goal is to make this as easy as possible. If you are new to CrossFit, this is what the day would look like for you.
Step 1: Come to Class
Check out our classes page to view the daily schedule. You are welcome to come to any of the classes listed, other than the Kids CrossFit class. We ask that you come 10-15 minutes early to fill out a safety waiver and get a tour of the gym. No matter what skill level you are, we will be able to accommodate your needs and scale anything necessary.
Step 2: Enjoy a Free Week
That’s right - FREE! We want this to be a good fit for you and try us out for more than just a day. Choosing a new gym to join is a big deal, and we want you to feel comfortable here.
