Station 1
600m run

Station 2
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
18 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
15 Burpees

Station 3
rest

When partner one completes the 600m run they will move into the Triplet. Once partner 1 finishes the triplet they move to rest and partner 2 can start the triplet. When p2 starts the triplet P3 can start the run. Continue in this fashion until clock stops. Every time a person completes the 15 burpees a round is counted.
